Bust Down Filter Terms of Service
What this is
Bust Down Filter edits an uploaded photo to add iced-out grillz, a diamond-set watch and chains. Generated jewelry effects are for entertainment.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not submit unlawful content. Sexual content, nudity, sexual content involving minors, and trademarked names or studios are blocked. You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
Text you enter, and any file you upload, is used only for that generation. It is not used to train models and is not shown publicly.
What you may upload
You may only upload photos of yourself, or photos of someone who has given you clear permission to edit them. Do not upload photos of minors. You may not use the service to depict public figures, to impersonate, harass or mislead anyone, or to create sexual or deceptive content.
Your uploaded photo and the generated image are checked by automated moderation once after upload and once before delivery; the service fails closed, so content that is flagged — or that cannot be screened because moderation is unavailable — is refused. You are not charged for a refused request: if a credit was reserved, it is returned to you.
Generated images are AI-modified edits of the photo you provide and are for entertainment only.
AI models and providers
Images are generated by third-party AI image models that we access through our own servers; your photo and prompt are sent to them only to make your image. Each photo-edit request is sent to a single image model provider; if that request fails, it is not forwarded to any other provider. We do not train models on your prompts.
Packs and credits
The listed packs are one-time: Starter $3.99 for 8 images (first order only, one per email), $6.99 for 20 images, and $12.99 for 50 images. One image uses 1 credit. There is no subscription and nothing renews by itself. Payment is taken through PayPal checkout ("Pay with PayPal").
Account enforcement
If you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, we may:
- Warn you and require corrective action
- Temporarily suspend your account
- Permanently terminate your account
On suspension or termination for violations, unused credits from the violating account may be forfeited without refund. Credits tied to a payment that is later refunded by the merchant of record are removed. A generation that fails or is blocked after a credit was reserved returns that credit automatically. Uploads blocked before generation use no credits. If a task gets stuck, email [email protected] for help with the reserved credit.
Removal and refunds
We remove content promptly when we receive a complaint at [email protected]. If a payment is later refunded by the merchant of record, the credits from that payment are removed. A generation that fails or is blocked after a credit was reserved returns that credit automatically. Uploads blocked before generation use no credits. If a task gets stuck, email [email protected] for help with the reserved credit.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service and all outputs are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not guarantee that generated results are accurate, unique, fit for a particular purpose, or meet your expectations. AI outputs may be unpredictable.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the total amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Where applicable law does not allow such limitations, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on this site.
