Information we handle

We store your email address, display name and authentication records to run your account, plus your credit balance, orders and generation history. Server logs record request time, route, browser type and IP address for security.

Payments

Checkout is processed by PayPal ("Pay with PayPal"). Your payment details are entered on PayPal, and we never see or store full card numbers. We keep the order identifier, product, amount, currency, timestamps and refund status needed to deliver a purchase.

Images and AI providers

When you generate an image, your uploaded photo and the preset prompt needed for that request is sent to our third-party image generation provider (subprocessor; details available on request via the contact page). Each photo-edit request is sent to a single image model provider; if that request fails, it is not forwarded to any other provider. Do not submit passwords or other sensitive data in prompts. Prompts that ask for sexual content, nudity, minors in a sexual context, trademarked names, graphic violence, hate, or deepfake impersonation are rejected on the server after automated prompt screening.

Image retention

• Your uploaded photo is deleted as soon as its generation reaches a final result (finished, failed, rejected or timed out). Blocked uploads are not kept. Anything missed is deleted automatically within 24 hours. The signed link that lets the generator read your photo expires after 10 minutes.
• Generated images (free previews and paid images) are kept on our servers for at most 24 hours, then deleted automatically. Download your images within that window.
• We do not use your photos to train models.
• To have something deleted sooner, email [email protected].
